Arrival by car
At the Humanities Campus, sufficient parking spaces are available. A guest parking permit for display in the vehicle can be collected at check-in if the registration number was given at the registration for the conference. Access to the grounds is possible via the street "Am Krökentor" (coming from the city) or the "B1/Walther-Rathenau-Straße" (coming from the "Magdeburger Ring/B71").
Via the A2 (from Berlin or Hanover):
Exit 70 "Magdeburg Zentrum", then onto the Magdeburger Ring (E49/B189) heading south until exit "Albert-Vater-Straße". Continue on the B1 eastbound in the right lane until you reach Zschokkestraße.
Via the A14 (from Halle/Leipzig):
Exit 105 "Magdeburg Sudenburg, Zentrum" onto the Magdeburger Ring (B81/E49/B71) heading north, exit "Albert-Vater-Straße" (Helmstedt, Dessau, Burg, Zentrum, Olvenstedt) onto the B1 in the direction of "Dessau, Burg, Zentrum" (east) and continue in the right lane until Zschokkestraße.
Via the B1:
Coming from the west, turn off the right lane into Zschokkestraße before Universitätsplatz (large roundabout). If you are coming on the B1 from the east (from Dessau or Burg), cross the two bridges over the Elbe River. Then drive through the tunnel before the Universitätsplatz (large roundabout), stay in the left lane and change to the opposite direction at the turnaround exit. Then turn right into Zschokkestraße from the right lane.
